Enough is Enough:Reclaiming your power, your peace and your purpose
Welcome back, beautiful souls, to The Happy with Dany Show.
Today’s episode is for the hearts that are tired.
For the spirits that feel stretched too thin.
For the women and men who’ve whispered to themselves…
“I can’t do this anymore.”
This is your moment.
This is your permission.
This is your awakening.
Because today, we say it out loud:
Enough.
Is.
Enough.
There comes a point in every soul’s journey where pretending no longer works.
Where shrinking is no longer sustainable.
Where being everything to everyone becomes a silent betrayal to yourself.
And that point…
It’s not weakness.
It’s power.
It’s the moment your inner voice grows louder than your people-pleasing.
It’s when the universe gently — or sometimes not so gently —
shakes you by the shoulders and says: Wake up. You’re not here to suffer.
You’re not here to fix everyone.
You’re not here to carry what others refuse to heal.
You’re not here to trade your dreams for someone else’s comfort.
You are here to rise.
So today, I want you to ask yourself honestly:
— What have I been tolerating for too long?
— Where have I abandoned myself to keep the peace?
— What do I need to release to breathe again?
Because enough is not about anger — it’s about alignment.
It’s about looking at your life and saying:
I deserve better.
I deserve peace.
I deserve joy — not just survival.
And here’s the truth: when you say enough, the world around you shifts.
It may shake. It may push back.
But ultimately, it will adjust to the new standard you are now embodying.
Enough is the gateway to your power.
To your wholeness.
To your truest self.
So maybe today is the day you stop trying to be the version of you that everyone else feels safe around…
And start being the version of you that you feel free around.
Because when you honor yourself,
you don’t just set boundaries — you set yourself free.
So breathe. And say it with me:
Enough is enough.
I release what no longer serves.
I reclaim my power.
I return to myself
You see… we’ve been taught that being “good” means staying quiet.
That being spiritual means always forgiving.
That being strong means enduring without complaining.
But there is nothing spiritual about self-abandonment.
There is nothing noble about drowning in silence.
Enough is enough doesn’t mean you’ve failed.
It means you’ve awakened.
It means your soul is finally reclaiming what your conditioning told you to give away:
— your energy,
— your time,
— your voice,
— your truth.
And let me tell you this — your truth will make some people uncomfortable.
Your boundaries will disappoint those who benefitted from your lack of them.
But you are not here to be digestible — you are here to be real.
So if someone calls you “too much” now that you’ve started honoring your needs…
Smile, and say:
“Too much for what? For shrinking? For staying small?”
Because too much is exactly what you were born to be.
Your bigness is sacred.
Your boundaries are divine.
